  • Summary judgment for a major laboratory testing and diagnostics company in a claim including counts brought under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination disability discrimination prohibition and the prohibition on retaliation of the workers compensation statute; litigated and won on appeal.
  • Enforcement of a non-competition agreement on behalf of a family-owned New Jersey staging and rental company against a former employee.
  • Summary judgment for a major furniture manufacturer in a claim including counts brought under the Family and Medical Leave Act and the common law of defamation.
  • Summary judgment for an airline in a claim brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
